The user reportedly expressed his disappointment in his post and said that he will further complain to Samsung and will not let this incident go by.

The user wrote in his post that Samsung told him to “take it or leave it. If you wish, you can pursue your legal rights.” The user further wrote, “I have been dealing with this issue for several months. We have everything, including the invoice, the date of the explosion, before and after pictures and a medical report which states that hearing loss was caused by the explosion. Deficiency has been reported.
