Croma Tizen OS Smart TV Up to 55 Inch 4K Size Launched in India HDR HLG Support Samsung TV Plus Access Specifications Availability

Smart TV manufacturer, Veira has launched Tizen OS smart TV for Croma in the Indian market. Available in 43-inch to 55-inch Ultra HD sizes, these TVs come with Dolby Audio, frameless design, and access to hundreds of apps, including Samsung TV Plus. More than 100 live and on-demand channels can be watched on this app without subscription. The built-in Bixby voice assistant allows voice commands for easy navigation. The company says that this partnership strengthens the partnership between Croma and Samsung.

Veira told through a press release that the company has launched Tizen OS Smart TV for Croma in India. Smart TVs come equipped with resolutions up to UHD. There are many sizes available in these. At present the company has not disclosed their prices. The current range of Croma TVs comes with Tizen OS, which is a TV operating system developed by Samsung. The company says that this partnership will further strengthen the strategic relationship between Croma and Samsung. The Tizen OS smart TVs will also be available on the Croma online store and Tata Neu along with over 520 Croma offline retail stores spread across 180 major cities.

Croma’s latest Tizen Smart TVs come in 43-inch to 55-inch sizes and offer resolutions up to Ultra HD. These include inbuilt Dolby Audio, frameless design, access to hundreds of apps and Samsung TV Plus app. These TVs offer a premium experience with Samsung TV Plus, which offers over 100 live and on-demand channels in India without the need for subscription or additional devices.

These TVs have A+ grade panels and bezel-less design with zero dot assurance. These are 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) LED displays, which support 300 nits brightness level, 16:9 aspect ratio, and 1.07 billion colors. Picture modes like Dynamic, Standard and Movie are available in these and the TV also supports HDR 10+ and HLG. They have a quad-core processor, while the TVs come equipped with Dolby Audio dual 20W speakers. Talking about performance, these Smart TVs come with 1.5GB RAM and 8GB storage. The TVs offer various connectivity options including dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, and multiple I/O ports.

It also comes with a Resene remote control, which includes Bluetooth, multi-view hot keys and direct access buttons for Disney+ Hotstar, Netflix, Samsung TV Plus and Prime Video. Samsung TV Plus shows over 120 live TV channels.

Croma and Veira are reportedly also working on some larger and smaller sized TVs to further expand the Tizen TV portfolio with HD/FHD and QLED TVs.
