He has also told that his AI company Krutrim is working on making India’s first AI silicon chip by 2026. If successful, it will give Ola a chance to compete with companies like Nvidia, AMD and Intel. Ola has announced a strategic partnership with chip design company ARM and Canadian AI company Untether AI to manufacture chips. Krutrim’s initial chips include Bodhi for AI, Sarv for basic computing, and Ojas for heavy computing.
