Driver Fined For Not Wearing Helmet Having Only Car Never Visited Challan Place Ever All Details

A surprising case has come to light from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, where a challan has been issued in the name of a person for not wearing a helmet. Now, if you are thinking that this is actually a traffic rule violation, then let us tell you that this challan has been issued for not wearing a helmet while driving a car. This negligence on the part of the traffic police department does not end here, because the person who was issued the challan has claimed that he has never gone to Noida in his car. The person has appealed to Noida Traffic Police in this matter.

The name of this person is said to be Tushar Saxena and according to the challan, the incident occurred on November 9, 2023 at 8:47 am. of ndtv AccordingSaxena says that in the challan he has received, the place of challan has been mentioned as Noida and he lives in Rampur and has never visited Noida. He came to know about this challan when one day he suddenly received an SMS, in which it was written ‘Your challan is ready’.

Saxena says that he initially ignored this SMS and then on August 9, he received an email in which this challan was explained in detail. In this, the reason for challan was given as ‘not wearing helmet’. He asked, ‘Should I drive wearing a helmet inside the car and if there is any such rule then please make it available to me in writing.

Saxena had reportedly purchased his car in March last year and got it transferred to Rampur. He has told that this challan has been issued by Gautam Buddha Nagar Traffic Police, which is worth Rs 1,000. Saxena has demanded a complete investigation into this matter. He has also appealed to the top officials of Gautam Buddha Nagar Police.
