Due to the change, about 10 percent of Dell’s employees will lose their jobs. A total of 12,500 employees will become victims of this change. A memo from senior Dell executives Bill Scannell and John Byrne has been received by employees. Its title is- Global Sales Modernization Update. It says that we are resetting our priorities.

According to the report, many employees of Dell’s sales team have confirmed that they have been fired from the job or their colleagues have lost their jobs. According to a person with knowledge of the matter, this layoff has affected managers and senior managers the most. Apart from managers, directors and VPs have also been affected by the layoffs. People have also lost jobs in marketing and operations.

According to reports, the company has been carrying out layoffs continuously for some time. Quoting an employee in the report, it has been written that the company is doing layoffs every 6 months. The employee says that he has been searching for a job for a long time.

The scope of Artificial Intelligence is increasing all over the world, due to which jobs are decreasing.
